Industrial Opportunities

Picture your choice of more than 150 acres of land ripe for development with access to rail, air, highway and the port. It’s all right here in Saint John.

Develop Saint John’s three industrial parks - McAllister, Spruce Lake, and Grandview - offer a range of ideal locations for your development or expansion. Large. Small. Serviced. Unserviced. Whatever you are looking for, Development Saint John has the perfect solution. Let’s talk about it today.

Spruce Lake Industrial Park’s continued success is due in large part to its exceptional location and transportation links. Through ongoing enhancements, our community is paving the way for expansion, which means strong growth potential.

The Spruce Lake Barge Facility Project is a strategic investment that’s like your highway to the ocean. Designed to accommodate large-scale modular fabrication projects, there is no other industrial park land available in Atlantic Canada like it.

Always excellent to deal with, great collaboration. Responsive and courteous people. Fire in their belly to ensure success. The opposite of other municipalities, in my experience.
